PUPPY Care helps dog owners cover the costs of routine and preventative veterinary care. Through partnerships with veterinarians, SPOOKI Care provides financial assistance based on household income.

📌 Annual Limits:
$600 per pet per year
$1,800 per household per year
1️⃣ Check Eligibility
You must own a dog and meet the income guidelines.
You must use a participating veterinarian OR be willing to pay upfront and request reimbursement.
2️⃣ Gather Your Documents
Preferred: Tax return (Form 1040, AGI)
Secondary: Pay stubs (last 2–3 months) or bank statements (if self-employed)
Last Resort: Self-attestation with honesty agreement (random audits may apply)
3️⃣ Submit Your Application

4️⃣ Receive Confirmation
If approved, you’ll receive an approval letter with details on how much SPOOKI Care will cover.
✅ Preferred: Direct Billing – Your vet bills SPOOKI Care for the covered portion, and you pay the remainder upfront.
✅ Backup: Reimbursement – If your vet doesn’t participate, you can pay in full and submit a reimbursement request.
For emergencies, pre-approval is not required, but the pet owner must submit an application within 7 days of treatment for reimbursement.
Emergency visits must be deemed medically necessary by a licensed veterinarian.
If the full household cap ($1,800) has already been used for routine care, additional emergency assistance may not be available until the next year.
